
Step 1: Waitlist Submission
Complete our online waitlist form or contact our admin team to learn more about Grove Academy and current program availability.
Step 2: School Tour
Families are invited to tour our campus and learn more about our educational philosophy, individualized learning model, and community.
Step 3: Enrollment Offer
We begin sending enrollment offers in February for the following school year beginning in August. Families have one week to accept, decline or pass on enrollment. If spots become available mid-year, we reach out to the next family on the waitlist at that time.
Step 4: Registration
Once a spot is accepted, families will receive registration information via the BrightWheel app. All registration forms and required documents are completed through BrightWheel including the $100 registration fee.
Our waitlist is initially formed based on the date a family joins the list. As spaces become available, placement on the waitlist may also be influenced by family engagement in the admissions process. Families who confirm their continued interest through reminder emails sent by WaitlistPlus and families who have completed a school tour may move higher on the waitlist. This process helps ensure we are connecting with families who are actively seeking enrollment at Grove Academy Preschool.
